We can't thank David and Polly enough for their patience, persistence, and professionalism in helping us sell our condo in North Miami Beach in the most difficult of markets. Yes, we sold it for less than we had wished, and less than the perceived market value of previous years, but because of D&P we sold it--for a profit. It was the only condo to sell in a 40-plus unit building with at least a half dozen comparable units on the market at the same time. I'm convinced that had we not followed their counsel, we'd still be trying to sell our property.
